3-month individual coaching program

We will address all 4 pillars of stress reduction but will inevitably focus on some more than others, depending on your individual needs. All of the pillars are interwoven, but some will stand out more than others, and feel more urgent, for you.

Because everyone has different learning and communication styles, I will coach you in the way that is most comfortable for you. If you are someone who is self-motivated and enjoys doing work between sessions, I’ll provide you with handouts and worksheets. If the thought of “homework” is stressful for you, we will do most of our work together during our sessions and forego the paperwork.

Personal change and evolution begin with reflection, but become a reality only through action. To that end, I will help you develop practical, enjoyable habits that reflect your values and incorporate your goal of reducing stress in your life. I’ll help you create a more easeful way of living, as defined by you.

  • 11 weekly online sessions (3o minutes each)

  • up to 4 emails per week for check-ins

Price: $900

If you would like to continue with coaching after 3 months, you are welcome do so on an as-needed basis with no minimum commitment.

Why do you only offer 3-month coaching?

Change takes time. As much as we would like to sail through the tough stuff, change has ebbs and flows. Three months allows you the time to make lasting, impactful change.

how do i know if you’re the right coach for me?

Finding the right coach is vital and deeply personal. Please contact me to set up a complementary 20-minute online session so we can get to know each other and you can ask me any questions that are important to you.
